KAT RIVERS AND THE SECOND SIGHT is a Philadelphia-based blues rock band known for their show-stopping live performances, powerhouse vocals, and tight musicianship. Led by front woman Kat Rivers and featuring Ric Haas (lead guitar), Dustin Siebenaler (rhythm guitar), Liam Dazey (bass), and Gabe Kirsh (drums), their music showcases the jaw-dropping range of Rivers' vocal style while incorporating the raw rock and roll edge of the Second Sight. Their music has invoked comparisons to Led Zeppelin, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, and Velvet Revolver.

Shortly after the marking of the band's 1st anniversary, Kat Rivers and the Second Sight released their debut 4-song EP, "Deception". The EP asserts the band's blues rock sound while incorporating influences of funk, jazz, country, and even metal. The group has opened for established touring acts Ally Venable, Jax Hollow, and Magnolia Boulevard. This summer 2026, Kat Rivers & the Second Sight is the featured Local Shots Band of the Month for July on WMMR 93.3.
